I think I am in love ;)

Hey there everybody!

Happy Saturday! (Yeah, I am aware that I am running a bit late) I am going to break todays blog entry into a couple separate blogs, since as I said in a previous post I am going to try to start separating things better here, since I think it will be easier for people to find what they want. So this post is going to be about a fantastic beauty company I am currently in love/ lust with.

Have you heard of Sigma Beauty? I hadn't until a few days ago. I was cruising around on the usual beauty blogs I frequent and stumbled onto their new limited Paris Palette and that was about it, I was totally smitten right then and there. Of course then I stumbled on to their Mrs. Bunny Travel brush set (aqua and magenta color scheme and totally vegan/ cruelty free?!) Yep. I'm in love.

See?! How wondrous is this?

I know right?! *swoon* 200% perfection.

So after wandering around on their site all day and finding out that I want just about one of everything, I decided I should probably share them with everybody else who may not know about them. They do ship internationally, so even if you are not in the US, you can still partake of in the awesomeness!  They also make a brush drying roll/ storage apparatus that is pretty darn neat too. Yeah toatlly can add them to my roster of favorite cosmetic brands. Seriously go check them out. Sigmabeauty.com!

My fantastic little Dinair Airbrush also showed up too this week, boy howdy, every single person who wears face make up needs one of these little beauties. EVERY ONE.  I have used it for 3 days and it is simply amazing. I am still learning, but I think I am getting better and figuring more out every day. I also love that I can custom blend the foundation, my skin is a very weird color, so I can't ever find a good match... that is until now! 1 drops of Alabaster, 2 drops of Vanilla, and 1 drop of Olive Beige, it is perfect! Oh and did I mention I only need to use 4 drops of make up to do my entire face and neck?!

Dinair has been around for 30 years, they have awesome water based formulas, as well as alcohol based ones if you need them. I stick to the water based ones, which seem to be fairly water resistant/ sweat resistant as I have been outdoors a lot working on the fish tubs and my face looks just as decent as when I went outside. I'm very pleased with it, and although pricey it saves me a lot of time and it is not clogging up my pores like a normal foundation would.

That is it for this little beauty post. Hope you enjoyed my raving. Fish post on the way ASAP!

Vacation wishes and Carol's Daughter macadamia intrigue.

Last year the Mister was kind enough to take me with him on a tour of some of Europe (bless his heart for being patient enough to be stuck in a foreign country and a ship with my horrible, completely social awkward, stubborn, panic prone butt for 2 weeks) and because I am stuck in the hole I am stuck in right now I have been craving any type of vacation, and of course the internet is rubbing salt in my wounds by showing me all sorts of stuff spain related. Example: Beers and Beans review of Casa Gracia in Barcelona. How in gods name did the Mr. and I not know about this when we were in spain? Ug. It's perfect. Of course we did spend out time on land in some amazing hotels, although one had a bed that was less comfortable then the floor. Or how about this example of a Low Carb Tortilla (Traditional Spanish Potato and Egg ommeltte)? I just want to escape. Vacation where are you? Oh that's right you are hiding in some mythical reality where I actually have a bank account with money in it. Gotcha.

Anyhow in other news, while I was bounding around the internet today, realizing how hopeless my fashion sense or lack of one is, I found out that Carol's Daughter has a new Macadamia heat protection line out. How did I not know about this? My hair loves all thing macadamia related, I used up every last drop of my macadamia oil and if it weren't so insanely costly I would still be using it, once I have normal income again I am pretty sure I will be using it again.  I am really anxious to try it out. Any one have any reviews up? Is this stuff any good?

I had better get going off to work, late because I was blogging doesn't seem like a very good excuse!

I forgot in my previous post to write about how I found the perfect bag. I am always that girl you see struggling with 3 or 4 bags and a box of stuff, just always. Laptop bag, camera bag, purse, and some times a lunch bag, which I must say is very annoying. You can understand my excitement yesterday when I found the Clover bag by Epiphanie! It holds a 15 inch laptop, a large DSLR, a couple extra lenses and of course wallets, keys, glasses, lip glosses and other personal goodies! All my bags sans my lunch in one bag? Not to mention the fact it is stylish and looks like a purse and couple double as an over night bag in a pinch?! YES PLEASE!

This bag could be the most amazing thing I have encountered since sliced bread.
The price point is a bit steep, but seeing that some women I know routinely spend $200 on fancy bags (I am not one of those woman sadly) I think it wouldn't be too much of a stretch since it will eliminate all my other bags!

If I do manage to save up enough to get one of these their will be a review of it's awesomeness in very short order! Until then you should check out all their other bags (especially if you are a multi bagger like myself!) here.
